A-24spraybars

This Douglas A-24 (AAF version of the Navy's SBD-5 Dauntless dive bomber) was used by the Portland (Oregon) Mosquito Abatement District for aerial spraying. Note the large chemical tanks and the unusual placement of the spray bar under the tail surfaces.
